Do I need to book an appointment?
We currently have a walk in welcome policy. You can still make an appointment, if you have a strict schedule. However, we recommend that you make an appointment for Henna services, since we currently have less number of henna artists.

Do you accept Credit Cards/Debit Cards?
Yes, we accept all the major credit and debit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and many more)

Do you do Individual Eyelash Extensions?
No, we do not use Individual Eyelash Extensions. We only do Cluster Eyelash Extensions in our salon. We do not use individual lashes. It usually lasts about 2 weeks or less. Cluster eyelash extensions are clumps of lashes bound together in a 'v' shape and is not as same as Individual eyelash extensions. You can visit our salon to see the lashes or for more details.

Do you do threading and waxing for men as well?
Yes, we do threading and waxing for male clients as well.

Do you double dip while waxing?
No, we never double dip.
